- Organic shea butter is rich in vitamin E. It has a softening effect on the skin, and it soothes skin irritation. In addition, shea butter is very moisturizing and skin protecting. Our soaps have a high content of shea butter and that is definitely one of the reasons they get praised for their lovely skin caring formula. Our shea butter comes from Burkina Faso and Ghana in Africa, where its manufacturing is traditionally the work of women. Women collect the fruit of the shea tree and make this “women’s gold” by hand. - The antiseptic pink Himalayan salt is the purest salt found on our planet. It is rich in minerals that are absorbed into the skin and help repair skin damage and problems such as inflammation, rashes, itching, acne and atopic skin. Salt also helps to balance the pH of the skin.
